This text explains, as plainly as possible, which data is processed while you use the Enco Software Seo tools. The short version: no account is needed to run an analysis, analyses you run without signing in are not linked to an account and are not stored beyond a short-lived cache, and no tracking or advertising cookies are used. Data collected
When you run an analysis, the address you enter, the analysis result and the timestamp of the request are processed. Analyses run without signing in are not linked to an account.
If you create an account, your name, email address and an irreversible hash of your password are stored. Your password is never kept in plain text.
How data is used
Data is used only to run the analysis you asked for, show the result, provide your report history and protect the service against abuse.
Your personal data is never sold to third parties or shared for advertising.
Third-party services
For Core Web Vitals measurements the target address is passed to the Google PageSpeed Insights API. Keyword research uses the Google Autocomplete and Google Trends endpoints.
Only the analyzed address is sent to these services; none of your personal information is transferred.
Cookies and local storage
A session cookie is used to keep you signed in. Your theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage and is never sent to the server.
No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Retention period
Analyses run without signing in are kept only in a short-lived cache and are deleted automatically.
Reports saved to your account are kept until you delete them. Share links expire after 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. You can permanently delete your account and all your reports at any time.

Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS. On the server side, SSRF protection, request rate limiting and input validation are applied.

Privacy — frequently asked questions
Do I have to create an account to use the tools?
No. Every analysis tool runs without signing in. An account only adds report history, saved baselines and shareable links; it is a convenience, never a requirement.
Is the address I analyze shared with anyone?
Only where the analysis itself requires it: the target address is sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights API for Core Web Vitals, and to Google Autocomplete and Trends for keyword research. Nothing about you is sent with it.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting your account removes your profile and the reports attached to it. Analyses run without signing in are already discarded when their short-lived cache expires, so there is nothing left to delete.
Do you use tracking or advertising cookies?
No. There is one session cookie to keep you signed in, and your theme preference lives in your browser local storage and never reaches the server. There is no analytics or advertising tag on the site.
