Terms of Use

By using Enco Software Seo you accept the terms below. Last updated: 2 August 2026.

This text defines what both sides agree to when you use the Enco Software Seo tools. The short version: the tools are provided as is and free of charge, you are expected to scan only sites you own or have permission for, and reasonable rate limits apply so the service stays available for everyone. The details are in the sections below; if any clause is unclear, ask us via the contact page.

Scope of the service

Enco Software Seo is a toolkit that publicly fetches and analyzes web pages. The service is provided "as is".

Tool output is informational and does not guarantee any particular search ranking outcome.

Acceptable use

Only crawl sites you own or have explicit permission to analyze. Repeated crawling that puts load on someone else's site is prohibited.

Automated request flooding, attempts to bypass rate limits and attempts to replicate the service by reverse engineering may result in your account being closed.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Actions taken through your account are considered yours.

If you notice suspicious access, change your password immediately and let us know.

Rate limits

Request limits are applied per IP and per account so the service stays available to everyone.

If you need heavy usage, get in touch and we will assess your use case.

Intellectual property

The tools, interface, texts and report formats belong to Enco Software Seo. The content of the reports you generate belongs to you; use it freely.

Limitation of liability

Enco Software Seo cannot be held responsible for the outcome of changes you make based on analysis results.

Indirect damages arising from service outages, third-party API failures or data loss are out of scope.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced on this page and the update date is refreshed.

Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

FAQ

Terms of use — frequently asked questions

Can I use the tools for client work?

Yes. You can run analyses for clients, export the reports and present them under your own brand using the report branding settings. There is no separate commercial licence and no per-seat limit.

What counts as a site I am allowed to scan?

A site you own, administer, or have been given explicit permission to analyze. Crawling a third-party site repeatedly enough to affect its performance is not acceptable use, even though the tool will technically let you start it.

What happens if I hit the rate limit?

You see a message with roughly how long to wait, and the run is not counted. The limit exists so one heavy user cannot make the service unusable for everyone else; it resets automatically.

Are the results guaranteed to be correct?

The measurements come from your page and from Google's APIs, but the service is provided as is and without warranty. Always review a finding before acting on it, especially before making a change that is hard to undo.
